The everyday insanities with horses

When you go buy shoes, carrying a bucket with mineral feed under your arm and you notice only later, that you were pretty amused by the clueless looks you got from the shop personel.

When you are wondering where the faint smell of dungpile is coming from in your living-room, but you only identify the source when standing directly before it- it is the horse rug you have repaired and forgotten in front of the balcony door.

When the lady at the till in the supermarket asks you if your horse is sick- just because you don’t have the usual kilos of apples and carrots in your cart on a Saturday.
